This role will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting new customers and identifying how their product line-up meets their needs
  • Delivering compelling product presentations and demonstrations
  • Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and market trends
  • Managing customer data and documenting interactions and contracts
  • Assisting customers with financing options and credit concerns
  • Monitoring competitor products and providing feedback to leadership
  • Ensuring accurate and timely equipment order fulfillment

Expectations will include:

  • Driving territory sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities
  • Staying informed about product updates, competitor activity, and market shifts
  • Resolving customer or technical issues with professionalism and speed
  • Representing the company at industry functions with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction from sale to delivery
  • Managing multiple tasks efficiently with a focus on results and accountability

A qualified candidate will possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Proven experience in agricultural sales direct to farmer, prior experience selling equipment is a plus, but not required
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • A customer-first mindset and strong relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of financing options and comfort discussing them with clients
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote setting

Compensation: As mentioned above, earnings are uncapped. This is a base + commissions role with commissions being the higher percentage of compensation.

Desired Location: Seeking someone who can be based in Northern Florida, Ocala to Jasper and then over east to Jacksonville.
