Accounting Leader

Ag 1 Source is looking for an Accounting Leader to join a great client of ours who specializes in organic and non-GMO seed. You will be an integral part of the Leadership Team and work alongside the CEO to develop, implement, and optimize their accounting processes. What you will be doing:

• Mentor, coach, and provide direction to the Accounting team
• Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of company accounting processes and programs
• Lead the month-end closing processes
• Treasury Management

A successful candidate for this Accounting Leader will possess the following:

• Minimum of 10+ years’ in Accounting
• Degree in Accounting
• Experience or familiarity with the agriculture industry
• Management experience
• Experience developing, implementing, and improving accounting processes

Compensation: The role will have a targeted base salary range of up to $120,000 with an additional bonus package.

Desired Location: This person is ideally located within Minnesota.
