Account Manager – Southeast Kansas
Ag 1 Source is seeking an Account Manager/Agronomy Sales professional to cover a territory in Southeastern Kansas. This position is with one of the top agriculture retail companies in the industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Call on producers/end users to promote both proprietary and major manufacturer products.
- Scout fields and make recommendations for seed, chemical, and fertilizer applications.
- Collaborate with managers and operations professionals on daily schedules to ensure timely and accurate work completion.
- Follow up with customers on crop plans and provide ongoing recommendations.
- Conduct extensive fieldwork, including soil sampling, to support producers.
Qualifications:
- Strong agronomy skill set with expertise in product recommendations.
- Understanding of ag retail operations and a willingness to promote the company daily.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with producers and work effectively within a team.
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $70,000, depending on experience.
