A fast-growing, private equity–backed platform is seeking a Corporate Controller to build, professionalize, and scale its accounting infrastructure during a critical growth phase.

This is not a maintenance Controller role — it is a builder’s seat. You will own the financial backbone of a multi-entity organization, driving clean reporting, disciplined controls, and system scalability that supports acquisition activity, operational visibility, and investor confidence.

You’ll partner directly with executive leadership to create an accounting function that can keep pace with aggressive growth while maintaining precision, speed, and audit readiness.

What You’ll Own

PE-Grade Financial Reporting

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple entities
• Deliver audit-ready, GAAP-compliant financial statements
• Build close discipline and reporting speed expected in PE environments

Controls, Governance & Investor Confidence

• Establish scalable accounting policies and internal controls
• Ensure reconciliations, approvals, and workflows meet professional standards
• Support audits, diligence processes, and financial transparency

Systems & Scalability

• Own accounting platforms and financial data architecture
• Improve reporting infrastructure to support decision-making
• Integrate new entities following acquisitions

Acquisition & Integration Support

• Onboard acquired businesses into standardized accounting processes
• Align reporting, controls, and systems
• Support post-close operational visibility

Team Leadership

• Develop a high-performance accounting team
• Drive accountability, urgency, and execution discipline
• Reduce manual workflows and increase automation

Operational Partnership

• Provide actionable financial insight to leadership
• Improve margin visibility and performance reporting
• Support cost discipline and branch accountability
