“If I need to add an employee, Mark is always the first call. He understands my business and helps me define the role before he even thinks about sending me candidates to review. His candidates are well checked out and are always what I’m looking for. Every candidate he sends has been worth my time to interview.” – Agronomy Div Manager, South Dakota“I first met Mark when I was a candidate and recognized right away that he was different than most Ag recruiters I had worked with. He has been in the industry and understood the roles I was seeking. Since that time, he has helped me find the ideal position for my situation and has continued to prove his value to me as a hiring manager. Mark is not just a recruiter, he is a resource to help me with hiring plans, compensation strategies, employee coaching ideas, and even marketing ideas.” – Agronomy Manager, Wisconsin
“I started working with Mark on a trial basis while we were working with 2 other recruiting forms. After that test, Mark and Ag 1 Source have proven that they are the only group my organization needs to work with. Every candidate they refer is a good potential match. In fact, I recently had to ask him to STOP sending me candidates, they were getting to be too many good people to consider!” – VP Sales, Fertilizer Mfr.
“Mark, we want to sincerely thank you for helping us find an employee for our company. We truly believe this candidate will be an asset to our company and assist us in reaching a whole new level in this company. It has been a great experience working with you, we appreciate all you have done and look forward to working with you again in the future!”
“It’s been about 2½ months since I left my previous company and went to work for the company you placed me with, so I thought I would drop you a quick email. I’m so very thankful that you talked me into meeting with the folks there. As I think back, it didn’t take you talking to me once or twice about them, but I believe it was the third time that I finally gave in at a “weak moment” and said I would agree to meet with them. It’s hard to express how well things have gone here. After 17 years of working in the biggest of big, there is something incredibly refreshing to working with a small, family owned business. It’s fun working for someone where it’s hard to leave at the end of the day, and exciting to go to work in the morning. I certainly mean no disrespect toward my previous employer, they were very good to me, but this has been great beyond what I could have ever imagined. And to be honest, I’m not sure who needed more worse – the company needing me, or me needing a fresh opportunity like this. Please do go home today knowing that you added great value to my life.” – Happily Placed Candidate
