Doug Stoiber joined Ag1Source in January of 2015, bringing with him more than two decades of experience in the fresh produce and refrigerated transportation industries. Based in Eastern North Carolina, Doug works with employers and professionals in the post-harvest food and produce industries. His experience in the production, sales, marketing, procurement and transportation of produce and food gives him a comprehensive knowledge of the types of positions for which employers typically recruit, and an appreciation for the skills and characteristics candidates must possess to excel in those roles.
